Atlantis Yacht Club Future.
The Directors of the Atlantis Yacht Club have implemented a special levy for the next six years to fund a program aimed at upgrading the marina, which is now reaching the end of its operational life (EOL)The Atlantis Yacht Club holds a head lease from the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for the area and subleases each berth to berth holders via a share system.
Both the Yacht Club and leaseholders are bound by the terms of the head lease, sublease, and the club’s constitution.
The Yacht Club is currently exploring options to upgrade the marina (see Notice). Pre-planning is expected to begin in late 2025, with staged construction scheduled for 2026.
